Registration is now open for 2026 Recreation Baseball. Visit www.myaa.net

Recreation baseball is organized by grade-based divisions rather than birthdate.

The following grade based divisions are available for Medford's Recreation Baseball program:

PreK / Kindergarten: Quick Ball (Co-Ed / min age 3yo) - Learn More About Quickball here
Kindergarten: Coach Pitch
First Grade: Coach Pitch
Second Grade: Machine Pitch / Kid Pitch Intro
Third/Fourth Grade: Kid Pitch Minors
Fifth/Sixth Grade: Kid Pitch Majors
Seventh Grade & up: Babe Ruth

The anticipated timeline for the Recreation baseball season is April - mid June with indoor winter skills sessions in March open to all players.

If your child has already been invited to play on a travel team for 2026, then you ONLY need to register for 2026 Travel Baseball. Therefore, if you have been invited to play travel and accepted that invitation, DO NOT register for Recreation baseball.

MYAA plans to have multiple 7U travel teams this year. Tryouts will be held in the Spring and a separate registration for 7U tryouts will be opened in April. All interested 7U travel players must register to play in the Recreation league.
